How does the Madhmoun property advertising permit work in Abu Dhabi?

For a broker publishing an Abu Dhabi property for sale or rent on an accredited property-listing website, the official route is DARI's Issue Real Estate Advertisement Permits (Madhmoun) service. The broker category requires a valid trade licence. The service also provides initiator options for property owners, developers and property-management companies, with conditions for each role. Start through DARI, select the initiator, permit type and duration, choose the broker if you are not the broker, then select the property. Submit for the applicable approval, pay the fees, and download the permit and receipt. The service page lists no required document uploads; its role-specific eligibility conditions still apply. For an individual sale listing, DARI lists an electronic administrative fee per property of AED 125 for one month, or AED 250 for two or three months, plus 5% VAT. Rental and other advertisement types have different fees; check the selected category before paying. Abu Dhabi Madhmoun is separate from Dubai's Madmoun QR-verification service within DLD's Trakheesi system. A Dubai permit is not the Abu Dhabi application route.
