What does it cost to post a property on distress.ae?
A seller can currently post a property for free on distress.ae. The seller sign-up page advertises free posting and says listings are checked before going live. Choose Post a listing, create an account or sign in, then add the property details, photos, asking price and reason for selling. Submit the listing for review. Once published, buyers can contact the seller or agent directly. Free posting concerns the platform listing. It does not make government permits, transfer costs or separately agreed brokerage services free. distress.ae provides discovery and contact; it does not negotiate the sale, handle deposits or complete the property transfer.

How do I contact a seller or ask for a viewing or floor plan?
Open the property listing and go to Contact seller or Contact agent. Use Show number to call or Show number for WhatsApp, where offered. Enter your name and WhatsApp number, choose whether you are a buyer or agent, and read the notice before continuing. In the direct-contact flow, your details are shared with the seller or agent and their number is revealed. Some seller listings require agents to send a private enquiry instead of revealing the seller's number; follow the listing's sign-in and enquiry steps. The seller chooses whether to reply. Calling is not offered for every listing; WhatsApp may be the available option. Ask that seller or agent to confirm availability, arrange a viewing or send a shareable floor plan.
