Report health-research misconduct to DHA

DHA’s research-misconduct service accepts complaints about non-compliant research through the DHA website or info@dha.gov.ae. The public service card does not require a fixed document set unless DHA requests it; provide relevant supporting information through the official channel. The service is free. Use the separate medical-complaint process for a patient complaint about medical care. Reporting research misconduct does not itself establish that misconduct occurred or determine compensation.

Apply for DHA scientific research ethics approval

DHA’s Dubai Scientific Research Ethics Committee (DSREC) reviews research conducted in Dubai. The listed submission includes a principal-investigator cover letter, application, research synopsis, participant information and consent material, questionnaires or data forms, confidentiality undertaking and investigator CVs. Add funding or medical-device information where applicable and the required clinical-trial undertaking for a trial. Submit through the official DHA service. Fees vary by applicant category and review stage; there is no single fee established here for every study. Submission does not itself authorise research or replace an ethics approval.

Apply for a DHA medical or dental internship

DHA’s medical and dental internship programme uses Mawaheb for applications to accredited private training facilities during the announced annual intake. The checklist includes a CV, attested degree and transcript, passport, Emirates ID, required English-language evidence and Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) evaluation for graduates from outside the UAE. The service lists TOEFL 550, IELTS 6 or OET 300 (C+) as English evidence. The application fee is AED 220 and non-refundable; it is not the total training cost. Find DHA medical education and training activities

DHA lists medical education and training activities through Mawaheb’s calendar, including in-person and virtual activities for healthcare professionals. The service checklist includes an electronic application and a medical licence. Use the calendar to check the individual activity, registration details and conditions. A service page describing this access as free does not establish that every training course or qualification is free, open now or accredited for a particular number of continuing-education hours.

DHA’s checklist includes identity documents and photograph, degree and transcripts, completion of a 12-month internship, English evidence, the relevant entry-examination result, CV, primary source verification and ECE evaluation for qualifications from outside the UAE.
