DHA and Dubai Health have different responsibilities

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) is the healthcare regulator. Dubai Health operates an integrated network of healthcare institutions across Dubai. They have different responsibilities and their names should not be treated as interchangeable. For an appointment or care enquiry within the Dubai Health network, contact Dubai Health; professional and facility licensing questions should follow the DHA service guidance.

Sheryan: DHA licensing and inspection portal

Sheryan is DHA's online licensing and inspection system for healthcare professionals and facilities. It is a service portal, not another authority. Application comments and progress appear under My Applications, in the active or closed tabs.

Request a refund for a Sheryan payment

Open the paid application under My Applications, scroll to the bottom and select Request Refund. Complete the form; supporting justification documents are optional in the listed service. DHA reviews the request under its refund policy. Approved refunds return through the payment channel. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, and a cancelled or rejected application should not be assumed refundable.
